Amar Sathi is an online software service. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

• Your account is ready immediately after sign-up.
• A paid plan is activated instantly once the payment is confirmed (usually within a minute). The receipt is shown in the app and sent on WhatsApp.
• If a plan is not active within 2 hours of a successful payment, contact us at support@amarsathi.com or +91 9123 61 46 46 and we will activate it the same working day or refund the payment.
